Before we ever imagined sharing our cookies with others, baking was already a meaningful part of our relationship.
When my fiancé and I were first getting to know each other, he would show up at my front doorstep after work with freshly baked cookies for me and my family. Before we knew it, cookies became one of our favorite ways to spend time together and satisfy our late-night sweet cravings.
But living with an autoimmune disease made it difficult for us to trust many store-bought desserts. What should have been a simple cookie run would sometimes lead to a flare-up, leaving my cheeks burning and blistered. Because of that, ingredients are especially important to us. We love sweets, but we never wanted to compromise on quality or how they made us feel.
That’s why every batch is made with thoughtfully selected ingredients like organic flour, organic sugars, organic grass-fed butter, premium chocolate, and pure vanilla extract. Many of our ingredients come from carefully selected suppliers who share our commitment to quality, transparency, and responsible sourcing.
